Susan Daughtrey Education 11+ Courses - Summer Intensive

The SDE 11+ Summer Course has been designed to help those students who have been preparing for the 11+ during the preceding year (either at home with a parent or tutor, or by attending an 11+ Course with another provider) and who will benefit from a short, structured and professional Course which is delivered by a top-quality teacher using some of Susan’s unpublished 11+ resources for GL Assessment® 11+ candidates.

SDE Summer 11+ Course

for GL Assessment® 11+ candidates in Year 5 at school

  • Week-long intensive 'Revision and Testing' Course offered for GL Assessment 11+ candidates who have not attended the weekly SDE Year 5 11+ Course.
  • Course features 20 hours of teaching across five days, with each day spanning 4½ hours including breaks.
  • Classes scheduled across five weeks during school summer holidays at Amersham, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross and Langley venues.
  • Instruction by fully qualified teachers experienced in preparing students for the 11+ exams.
  • Support from an Administrative Classroom Assistant for in-class test marking, enabling the teacher to focus on teaching and support the students.
  • Comprehensive revision and testing covering English, the more challenging GL Verbal Reasoning 11+ test question types, challenging Maths topics and all NVR and spatial reasoning types.
  • Administration of two exclusive Susan Daughtrey 11+ Practice Tests, designed specifically for GL Assessment 11+ candidates.
  • Post-course access to Susan Daughtrey 11+ Dynamic Video Tuition® service for detailed explanations and techniques for test paper questions.

Langley College is located approximately 450 metres from Langley Railway Station and there are several large car parks on site. We rent bright and spacious classrooms here to deliver the SDE 11+ classes.

Beaconsfield

Address: Beaconsfield The SDE Tuition Centre, Burkes Court, Burkes Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 1NZ
The SDE 11+ Tuition Centre premises in Beaconsfield can be found in the centre of Beaconsfield New Town, approximately 250 metres from Beaconsfield Railway Station. There are three bespoke SDE 11+ classrooms (two of which can be combined to form an Exam Hall) and the SDE Head Office is located on the 2nd floor above the Tuition Centre. There is a large car park (Penncroft) adjacent to the building.

Gerrards Cross

The self-contained SDE 11+ Tuition Centre in Gerrards Cross consists of two bespoke SDE 11+ classrooms and can be found in the heart of the Town Centre, approximately 100 metres from Gerrards Cross Railway Station. There are several car parks nearby.<br> This premises is due to open in Summer 2024 and will replace SDE’s use of CSP Community Centre, where SDE 11+ classes have been held for the last 34 years.

Each class is delivered by a fully qualified teacher to a detailed lesson plan which has been prepared by Susan, ensuring standardisation of the SDE 11+ Course. The majority of the material used in class has been written by Susan specifically for the Course and is unpublished.
