Delivery options and cost

Orders received before 3pm Monday – Friday (except public holidays) are dispatched same-day. All other orders are dispatched on the next working day.

We automatically send orders by 2nd class post. If your order is urgent, please email office@sde11plus.com and we will dispatch your order by 1 st class post, without further charge. If you require delivery to a non-UK delivery address, please email office@sde11plus.com so we can assist you further.

Will a signature be required?

A signature may be required; please use an address where someone will be available to receive the delivery and to provide a signature.

What happens if my item is out of stock?

All reasonable efforts are made to ensure that items that are out of stock are not available for sale through the website.

In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible. You have a choice of receiving a full refund for your order or we will provide you with an estimated dispatch date for your purchase(s).
