Where your data is stored

We store your data on our server and in some cloud based web app services. It may be stored outside of Europe. Your information may be viewed by our staff and, where you have indicated your consent, members of the Susan Daughtrey Education franchise network. If you do not agree to this, please do not submit your data on the Website.

Keeping your data secure

Transmitting information over the internet is generally not completely secure, and we can’t guarantee the security of your data. Any data you transmit is at your own risk. We have procedures and security features in place to try and keep your data secure once we receive it. We won’t share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes.

Susan Daughtrey Education does not receive, store or process your payment card details. Your payment card details are entered on a secure check-out page on the Susan Daughtrey Education website and all card information is transmitted direct to our third party payment processing provider SagePay by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) using an encrypted link to the SagePay server. SagePay process the payment on our behalf and inform us when the payment has been made successfully and the amount you have paid so we can process your order. This is to help ensure the confidentiality of your card details when making purchases through the Susan Daughtrey Education website. If you make a card payment for a service provided by one the Susan Daughtrey Education franchisees, you will be redirected to PayPal and the payment will be processed by PayPal.

Payments for Courses are usually by direct debit. We do not store or process your bank sort code or account number. This information is stored by our direct debit provider, GoCardless.

AI at Susan Daughtrey Education

AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate Mock Exam reports and Further Practice questions. These features are designed to support learning and provide personalised feedback based on candidate performance data.

How AI is used

Reports: When a mock exam is completed, our system analyses the results to produce a detailed performance report. A brief parent-friendly summary is generated using a large language model (LLM), while all scores, rankings, and recommendations are computed deterministically from the raw data. Reports may occasionally contain minor inconsistencies in the AI-generated summary and should be used as a helpful guide rather than a definitive assessment of progress.

Questions: Certain Further Practice questions are generated using AI. Generated content is reviewed for quality and accuracy before being made available to candidates. Mock Exam questions are always created by Susan Daughtrey Education without any AI involvement or assistance.

Data processing and security

All AI processing takes place on our own privately hosted servers. Candidate data — including names, scores, and answers — is never transmitted to any third-party AI provider, cloud-based language model service, or external API. At no point does candidate data leave our infrastructure for the purpose of AI processing.

We do not use candidate data to train AI models. Data provided to our AI systems is used solely to generate the requested content for that individual candidate and is not retained by our AI system beyond processing the immediate task.

Your rights

You may request a copy of any AI-generated report or content associated with your child's account. If you believe any AI-generated content is inaccurate, please contact us and we will review it promptly. You may also request that AI-generated features are not used for your child's account, in which case reports will not include an AI-generated summary.

We use both session and persistent cookies on our website.

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website. Our analytics service provider generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies.

The Website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited.

Access to your data and correction

You have the right to request a copy of your data. If you would like a copy of some or all of your data, please email or write to us using the contact details below. We may make a small charge for this service.
